2011 Droid lineup rumors
A few days ago an interesting information popped up at Phandroid related with the DROID lineup of 2011, but it wasn’t news as such kind of rumors leaked still in January. According to those rumors, the Incredible 2, DROID X2 and DROID 3 all are in the works. Especially, the Motorola Droid X2 could be launched with Tegra 2 and one of the new DROIDs might be our next stock Google device. Admit, it’s nice to see new details about these devices again.

So let’s see what features the handsets will come with:
- HTC Incredible 2: Will launch with a white back and silver rim, similar to what you are seeing in the photo above. Codename “Vevo” is something to look out for.
- Motorola DROID 3: Bigger 4″ qHD screen and a Q2 release.
- Samsung Stealth: Might be the name of Samsung’s 4G LTE device.
Though this is rather less information and we have been waiting for more new, but from the list above we can do some conclusions. At first, we can assume the Stealth is the final name for the Samsung’s device taking account the fact it was a code name for a long time. No other details are available at this time, but it’ll be useful to inform what we have heard about the dates when they will be unveiled:
- DROID X2: Possibly dual-core and was scheduled for May.
- Incredible 2: Was scheduled for March.
- DROID BIONIC: Was scheduled for May.
Wait for more news, we’ll keep our eyes peeled.
