Apple adds the number of patents against Motorola

| December 6, 2010 | 0 Comments

Nowadays almost all phone manufacturers are in war with each other, and this web is so matted that it seems the knot won’t be untied ever. Motorola and Apple probably are in the center of events and this time Apple “updates” its complaints against Moto adding another 12 patents and the total amount of violated patents reached to 24. The added patents refer to the interface, to the OS and to the network.

I am sure, almost all people are tired of these patent wars, and the only ones who gain from these situations are the lawyers who are paid a high cost to defend them. Such trials must disappoint those who have good ideas and would like to innovate in this market. But to enter the market they have to gather millions of rights to cooperate with GSM. This is why there is no relatively small company, and all entrants are IT giants like Apple and Google, and none of them want to yield to the other.
