Motorola Defy- Protected Android Device
Motorola has officially introduced a new smartphone named Motorola Defy.
The smartphone is according to the IP67 standard. The gadget is being protected from dust and moisture and plus Gorilla Glass protects the display of the device from scratches. Motorola Defy may spend half an hour without any consequences in the water to a depth of 1 meter.

Interestingly, all these bonuses do not go to the cut off the functionality of the smartphone. It works on the basis of Android 2.1, and is equipped with a 3.7-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels, 5MP camera with autofocus and LED-flash, OMAP 3610 processor with 800 MHz, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 1,25 GB of internal memory and a slot for MicroSD (up to 32 GB).
The measures of the device are 59 x 107 x 13,4 mm, weight – 118 g.
Motorola Defy is equipped with battery capacity of 1540 mAh. It will last for 400 hours in standby mode.
In the European market Motorola Defy will appear in the fourth quarter. Its price is still unknown.
