Motorola Droid 3 to be Launched on July 7
The Motorola Droid was the smartphone that helped Verizon become the Android leader in the U.S. Generally, the Droid line smartphones from different manufacturers are the most popular handsets in the world, and they made Android so famous. Now the latest model from this line, the Motorola Droid 3, is on the way, and we can get our hands on it soon.

The latest rumors coming from Android Life claim the smartphone will be launched via Verizon on July 7. Earlier we heard such discussions, but no certain date was mentioned. Now, when less than a month is left before its release, we can only gather the information we have and wait, wait, wait.
When we first heard about the device in March, for a whole month we were getting only surfaced pictures and nothing more. Then we heard the Motorola Droid 3 will be launched via Verizon, though we weren’t sure in this. The next days were more information-rich, and we saw the smartphone in a video, and then it finally appeared in Verizon’s device management page.
Now everything is more or less clear, and we know the Motorola Droid 3 won’t be an LTE-compatible handset, though it sports many awesome features like a 4-inch qHD display, an 8MP camera, an HDMI out port and a dual-core processor.
So don’t you think the Motorola Droid 3 is the worthy successor of the Droid line handsets and can continue their best traditions?
