Motorola Droid 4 for Verizon Announced
When the fourth generation smartphone of Motorola’s Droid line began cycling in the net, we didn’t doubt this smartphone will make a huge stir. But the situation moderated “due to” the company, because Motorola likes to procrastinate everything. And we met the final look and specs list only a few weeks ago. Now things are going to be official and certain, as Motorola finally announced the Droid 4.

The Droid 4 looks like to the Droid RAZE with one difference—it features a 5-row QWERTY keyboard, so the rumors we are dealing with the thinnest LTE smartphone with a QWERTY keyboard are confirmed.
Let’s see what is under the hood. The Motorola Droid 4 is packed with a 4-inch qHD display, a 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 8MP camera. Plus, it runs Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread though we almost sure it will be updated to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich soon.

The price is not known yet, but being a high-end smartphone in Verizon’s lineup we think it will be about $250 to $300 scheme with a two-year contract.
