Motorola Motoluxe Available in UK

| February 21, 2012 | 0 Comments

Despite the launch delays of the Motorola Motoluxe in the UK, the units are already available at Clove UK and the store is taking orders of the smartphone at the price of 234 GBP (around $371).

The handset was launched at CES 2012 with Android 2.3.7, though the rest of the specs are not that awesome. I bet the main attractive thing about the device is its youth-oriented design and the cool naming.

The Motorola Motoluxe comes equipped with a 4-inch LCD display with a resolution of 480×854, a 800MHz Qualcomm processor, an 8 megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing camera for video calls, 512MB of RAM, 1GB of ROM and support for microSD cards. The handset’s connectivity includes GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0. All this is being handled by a 1400 mAh battery.

The main refreshment of the handset is the presence of the newest MotoSwitch UI, which came to replace previous MotoBlur UI.

The handset will be firstly launched in the UK with the chance of moving to other locations. But obviously, it’s SIM-free status now allows getting the device in the UK while using it somewhere else.
